6. If a Grand Residences owner loans or rents their units privately will the person they rent or loan to have to purchase the All-Inclusive package?

No. The All-Inclusive package will be optional for all guests staying in an owner’s/member’s unit with or without the owner or member being present, i.e., staying as an Owner Loan. The special Member rate for the all-inclusive package is only available for the children, spouse and parents of the owner or member.

7. If an Owner/Member rents additional units will he/she have to purchase the All-Inclusive package?

No, the All-in Grand package will be optional for Grand Residences Owners and Members, unless they rent the units through an online travel agency such as Expedia or Orbitz.

8. If Grand Residences Owners or Members acquire additional units for their guests through a rental but the guests are not staying in the same unit as the Owner/Member, do they have optional access to the All-Inclusive package?

Yes, if the Owner or Member is staying at Grand Residences during the same dates. However, owners and members will have a limit on the number of additional units they can rent for third parties without the All-Inclusive package being mandatory. Owners and Members will be allowed to rent as many additional units for third parties as they show in their membership agreement without the All-Inclusive package being mandatory. That is, each membership agreement allows for one rental week for a third party. Once they exceed this limit, guests will have to purchase the All-Inclusive package. For example, if a member owns weeks 21 and 22, they will be allowed to rent up to two additional units for third parties without a mandatory All-Inclusive package.

9. How many units can an owner or member rent without the All-Inclusive package being mandatory?

The owner or member may rent an unlimited number of units without a mandatory All-Inclusive package if the member is staying in the unit. If the owner or member is renting for a third party, then he/she will have a limited number of additional units they can rent without a mandatory all-inclusive package (see answer to question 8).

If a Grand Residences Owner or Member exchanges their week(s) and gives it (them) to a non-member third party via a Guest Certificate, said Guest will have optional access to the All-Inclusive package. This policy is only valid if the Grand Residences Owner or Member uses a Grand Residences week for the exchange. If he/she uses a week that is not one of his/her Grand Residences membership weeks, this courtesy cannot be granted. Only one Guest Certificate per Grand Residences membership agreement is allowed. In other words, for each week owned, one Guest Certificate can be given to a non-member who will have optional access to the All-Inclusive package.

The All-Inclusive package is mandatory for all Getaway reservations not being used by the Owner or Member and there are no exceptions.

12. If I rent European Plan as an Owner or Member or one of my referrals rents with EP, when I upgrade to All-Inclusive, will I pay the same All-Inclusive rate as I do on my membership?

Grand Residences Owners or Members who prefer to rent additional weeks with the All-Inclusive package are able to do so at discounted rates.
