Riviera Maya

From Cancun International Airport:

  • Grand Residences is only a 25-minute drive from the airport.
  • Simply take Highway 307 (Carretera Cancún-Tulum/Mexico 307) and drive for 15 minutes or 12 miles (20 km) towards Playa del Carmen.
  • Turn left onto José María Morelos and keep driving for 1.5 miles (2.4 km). Turn right onto Rafael E. Melgar and Grand Residences will be on your left.
