Oscar Rizk is the Project Architect for Grand Residences at Cabo Cortés and Riviera Morelos. Mr. Rizk studied Architecture at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and has a Masters degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Texas A & M University. With over 28 years experience with Royal Resorts® and in private practice, Arquitecto Rizk is a pioneer in the field of residential and vacation ownership design in Mexico.

His projects for Royal Resorts® include The Royal Mayan, The Royal Caribbean, The Royal Islander, The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas at Grand Coral in the Riviera Maya, a development inspired by the grand old haciendas of the Yucatán.
